1. I just placed an order; when will it ship?

2. How long will shipping take?
Once your order is on its way, expect it to arrive within 2-5 business days. Keep in mind that sometimes things happen—like weather changes or holidays—that can delay delivery. While we hope for a smooth journey, we can't guarantee exact delivery times due to shipping carrier responsibilities.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! If you need to cancel, just let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll take care of it. If your item has already shipped, just email us with "CANCEL QUOTE" in the subject line, and we’ll guide you from there.

4. Oops! I entered an incorrect address. What should I do?
No worries! If you catch an error in your address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the correct details. Just be sure to do this within 24 hours so we can make the necessary changes.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your items, but if something arrives damaged (which happens in about 1 in 1000 cases), please reach out to us. Send your order number and a quick photo of the damage, and we'll happily send you a replacement at no extra cost!
